ARTELLAGRAM 10-9-2010:
"In the Studio"
An Interview with Sheryl Allen

(This interview is continued from the October 9 2010 Artellagram... )

Sheryl AllenArtella: In your mind, how are creativity and spirituality related?

Sheryl: There is no separation, the two are closely inner woven—two halves of my heart creating a whole. If I ignore one, the other is left out as well. Creativity and spirituality are what makes life worth living to me. In fact, I’m noticing I’m beginning to realize that all parts of my life are based on creativity and spirituality—there is no division from personal and professional.

Artella: How is prosperity related to creativity and spirituality?

Sheryl: This has been my biggest challenge--understanding how my dedication to my unique creative and spiritual gifts and talents affects my prosperity—when I am creatively inspired my cup overflows and I attract more of everything abundantly. Receiving and allowing is becoming easier and easier.

Artella: What kinds of people do you most enjoy working with? Who is your ideal client?

Sheryl: I most enjoy working with boomer women who are seeking to be more playful and creative in all areas of their lives…helping them explore and express their inner world creatively with enthusiasm—so they thrive and flourish everyday…authentically.

Artella: ARTbundance™ Coaching is based on nine ARTbundance™ Principles.  Do you have a favorite Principle, or one that you really enjoy activating in other people?  Which one, and why?

Sheryl: I love the 9 ARTbundance Principles—they have become an integral part of my life. My favorites often change depending on where I am at the moment. But, I’d have to say my personal favorite is Gratitude—a daily reminder to express gratitude for everything in my life. Since it’s a challenge for me and many of the women I know, I have to say Action is the principle I most desire to activate more readily in myself and others—and I’m becoming more comfortable with it everyday.

Artella: What does your future hold? What projects are you working on now?

Sheryl: I am still integrating all I’ve learned in my ARTbundance Coach Training. I’m in the process of phasing out my former business to create space for my new biz and combining all of my passions including ARTbundance! Each day, I gain more clarity and am often surprised at where I am now compared to what I thought I’d be doing with my ARTbundance training. ARTbundance is one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself—and it keeps on giving!
