Artella: What led you to become a Certified ARTbundance™ Coach?

Nakia: A friend of mine told me about a coach training program she was doing. I was fascinated by the idea of combining coaching and art in new and innovative ways and also the training is not sterile - it presents active, living principles and methods but it does not ignore the heart. That really resonated for me and my style of coaching.

Artella: In your mind, how are creativity and spirituality related?

Nakia: For me creativity is the expression of Spirit.The Divine within us is made manifest as we create- whatever we are creating! Whether that be food, drink, children, art, clothing, a loving home, a peaceful environment - all of this as facets of creativity. It is not a question of "Am I creative?" It is a question of "Which medium lends itself best to creativity my soul wishes to express."

Artella: How is prosperity related to creativity and spirituality?

Nakia: When I consider prosperity as relates to creativity and spirituality I come to the understanding that we live in a prosperous Universe. Our Universe is FULL of abundance...there is no lack. And yet we continue to have the experiences that we do not consciously want, we continue to have an experience of lack. Why? Often because we have not learned to step into that river of abundance and allow the "wind" of Spirit to simply carry us downstream to it. When we begin to create we allow an avenue for Spirit to express itself in our lives, often ideas will stem forth either during or after the creative process and those ideas lead us downstream to the experience of prosperity. Isn't that amazing? How something that is so much joy and fun can be the vehicle that brings us to allowing change and prosperity to flow in our lives? And that spirit has given us this gift?

Artella: What kinds of people do you most enjoy working with? Who is your ideal client?

Nakia: I enjoy working with people who are excited or desire to be excited about what life has to offer them. I have a specialty area of Relationships and Family and the bringing of Abundance and Joy into those areas of life. I also enjoy working with people who have a high level of Spirituality. My ideal client is anyone who is ready to live in the something more.

Artella: What does your future hold? What projects are you working on now?

Nakia: Right now I'm working on offering online classes both live and recorded. I'm very excited about being able to utilize this wonderful medium to reach more people!
