MESSAGE FROM MARNEY
Just a reminder to everyone who hasn't received a gift -- keep the faith, don't give up! Today is 12/31, and I know several Muses who are mailing out packages today or in the coming days, as many have indicated here. But if you have NOT heard anything from your Muse as of yet, and you haven't told Deb yet,
click here to send her an email and, nicely and optimistically, let her know that you haven't received anything. We've been following through on some missing Muses and also organizing "Angel Muses" to come through so that EVERYONE gets a gift! :-)
Also, there was a question about how many people were participating. We had about 500 participants this year, I believe. I'll find out from Deb how many countries were represented.
If there is anyone here who would like to host a Valentine Muse Exchange, I would be happy to publicize it, and Deb could pass on all her organization tips. We Artella gals have our hands full but if there is a Muse Fairy who wants to facillitate the project,

A quilted postcard is a postcard-sized quilt. Mine have a quilt on the
front and are painted to look like an actual postcard on the back. You
can

Your package arrived today. What a surprise! A cigar box full of rubber
stamps including some hand-carved ones - and stickers as well. Thank you
so much. I just took up rubberstamping this year. After investing
heavily in my daughter's hobby for years, I decided to try it out after
she moved out with my investment. So now I am doing the investing on my
own behalf. The stamps will be great for our "Bad Art Nights" - we call
it that so there is no pressure, not because the art is really bad.
Surprising creations come out of it.

Christmas tree that when you opened each section a darling stamp was hidden
beneath. Then she sent a beautiful clay bowl surrounded by 4 people (same
number as in my family!) and a star at the bottom of the bowl. I love it and
placed it next to my King Tut fountain on a table across from my couch so I
can see it all day! Thank you for making my Holiday much brighter! Hugs!

December from my Muse. The last one I liked most and put it on my

Anyway, I loved both gifts & what an unexpected thrill to get those
envelopes in the mail and not know what's inside. I was amazed at how
excited I was, like a kid! It really added to the holiday. I loved the
shiny, collaged "bling bling" card/bookmark/decoration and the awesome
metalic feather. Both of them adorned my tree. My friends were jealous,
saying "Hey, who thought of that!? What a cool idea!" Anyway, thanks
again Mystery Muse. I love what you sent and am forever grateful. And

never received a thing. I waited every day . I sent out my 1st "gift" the
day after I received the name and the 2nd alas only the day before
Christmas as I was very busy and frankly, I was discouraged as I

Because I didn't know anything about who I was gifting, it challenged me
to give with out giving somehthing I know someone will like. It's kind
of like hugging someone you're not sure likes hugs. On the receiving
end, it's fun to open something from a "stranger" to find it much to
your liking! It was fun! Thanks for the idea and I plan on playing
